Madhu Koneru is a second-generation entrepreneur and has taken over the business of Rescom in 1998. The Group has since diversified into several industrial minerals and commodities and is now a $500 Mn mineral trading entity with operating profits of over $60 Mn.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Alghanim in Kuwait, one of the largest, privately-owned companies in the Gulf. He has been a member of the World Economic Forum since 2011 and has served as discussion leader/ panelist at various events organized by the forum. Recipient of 2007 Young Asian Achiever’s Award by Asian Awards-Middle East (ABA-ME)
Over 25 years of experience in processing, mining, metals and industrial mineral trade
Second generation entrepreneur with a strong track record in mining assets and investments in Indonesia, Armenia and Africa. Led the development of one of Asia’s largest Greenfield coal mines and obtained Indonesia’s first private railway license to develop a 130 kilometer long line railway in East Kalimantan Province.

Has over 17 years experience in project appraisal, development, and advisory in Infrastructure projects including Ports, Roads, Energy, etc. in India and South East Asia.
Responsible for overseeing trade, products, business, including strategy and operations & leads oil & gas and energy verticals.
Worked previously with Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS).

Experienced Human Resources Professional with over 25 years in strategic planning and delivery in HR function to meet business objectives of corporates in mining and processing, renewable energy, healthcare, nutraceutical, lifestyle management sectors.

David Ronald Paris
Chief Operating Officer – Trade
David has 35 years of experience in quality, commercial and procurement of Bauxite, Alumina and sales of specialty products. His major experience is with Rio Tinto. He has lead and consolidated the commercial teams in Australia, China, Zurich and Singapore.
He holds a degree in Mathematics & Chemistry, and has a Masters in Business Administration & IT from Southern Cross University, Australia.
